The Dream, Believe, Achieve – 2nd Edition project aims to support the development of youth entrepreneurship among unemployed or underemployed young people in rural areas of Armenia, Georgia, Spain and Italy. These people, with limited opportunities, are supported to start their journey in entrepreneurship through educational tools and practical training, which foster the development of self-awareness and entrepreneurial skills, while also promoting international collaboration and the adaptation of innovative methodologies to the local context.
As part of this project, various educational materials have been created, highlighting the Methodological Guide for Entrepreneurship Training and Evaluation. This guide provides a step-by-step approach to designing and implementing entrepreneurship training, including practical tools and methodologies based on the work of an international group of experts. In addition, the project included conferences, transnational meetings, workshops and local training to validate and apply the created methodology.
Through its activities, the project increased the employability opportunities of participating young people by equipping them with essential tools to shape their professional future. It also enhanced the entrepreneurial training skills of youth workers, strengthening their ability to deliver practical and inclusive entrepreneurship programs. The project concluded with a final event in Quart de Poblet (Valencia), bringing together participants, policymakers, and youth organisations, consolidating the networks established, and highlighting the importance of such initiatives to empower young people across Europe.
