The Creative Invisibles project aims to empower NEET (neither in education nor in employment) and “invisible” youth, who are difficult to identify because they are not in traditional institutional systems, through creativity and street culture. This approach leverages cultural practices such as urban music, street art, urban sports and fashion to connect these young people with opportunities for entrepreneurship and personal development. It also seeks to strengthen the capacities of the creative sector, fostering cooperation with new audiences and networks to overcome the fractures between the worlds of culture, society and work.

Among the resources developed during the project are the Resource Pack on Opportunities in Street Culture, which includes guides to good practices and analysis of initiatives highlighted during the pandemic, a Methodological Guide for Creative Alliances, which promotes youth inclusion in territorial projects, and Open Educational Resources on street culture with an innovative curriculum and interactive multimedia. A mobile application has also been created to organize and facilitate access to these resources.

The impact of the project is significant: more than 60 organisations from the creative sector participated in partnerships to develop street culture skills, and 14 creative actors have been trained as educators in entrepreneurship and youth inclusion.

In the long term, since its end the project is contributing to the training of hundreds of young NEETs in entrepreneurial skills, the creation of micro-enterprises in the field of street culture and the improvement of the capacity of the creative sector to collaborate with social and economic actors in urban regeneration and social inclusion.
