The project ‘Inclusive Bubbles: Young Entrepreneurship in Action’ aims to promote social entrepreneurship as an educational and inclusive tool for young people with intellectual disabilities. The main objective is to improve their skills in social entrepreneurship, motivate them to participate in the labour market and promote their inclusion in society.

Through the development of a comprehensive social entrepreneurship training programme based on best practices, the project provided participants from the five participating countries with the essential skills and motivation to access the labour market, starting with an initiative of making and selling handmade soaps. In addition, support materials such as a manufacturing manual, a multilingual online shop and business simulations will be developed.

Project activities included international and local trainings for both young people with disabilities and youth workers and educators. This approach ensured sustainability and replicability of the results in local communities, which are still being observed today.

Project initiatives directly benefited 25 young people with intellectual disabilities (5 per country), as well as helping to train more than 10 professionals and 50 youth workers to provide specialised training and support.
