“Youth Social Innovation Brokers – MOBIUS” project is starting!

The MOBIUS project, co-funded by the European Union under the ERASMUS+ KA2 programme, aims to promote the activity of young people in the field of social innovation on a local, national, and European scale by promoting the role and development of competencies, providing relevant tools, and sharing experiences and best practices, all supported by robust research. We aim to enhance the skills and abilities of Social Innovation Brokers, particularly in educational activities focused on partnership building, entrepreneurship, and co-creation in innovation.

Project Partners

MOBIUS is coordinated by Linking Foundation from Poland and involves the following partners: KANE from Greece, Know and Can Association from Bulgaria, IDL from France, and Backslash from Spain.

Our Target Audience

  • People aged 18-30 interested in social innovation and entrepreneurship.
  • People with migrant backgrounds.

Our Main Goals

  • Preparation of the theoretical and comparative basis for the development of MOBIUS.
  • Creation of an innovative training program in terms of content and form, along with a set of tools and best practices.
  • Training a minimum of 50 people for the role of Youth Social Innovation Broker.
  • Establishment of a European network of Youth Social Innovation Brokers – at least 100 people.
  • Dissemination of the project results and ensuring sustainability after the project is completed.

Kick-off meeting in Valencia

On September 19-20, the Kick-off Meeting of the project was held in Valencia (Spain) at the assembly hall of Quart de Poblet Town Hall. During the meeting, the partners shared insights on the state of social innovation across Europe from our respective national perspectives. We also defined the next steps for the upcoming phases of the project. Representatives of all partner organizations were present, marking a successful start to the collaboration.
